The vice president of Ekori Progressive Women Association Mrs Comfort Michael Obeten on Tuesday during the campaign flag off of Dr. Alex Egbona in Ekori registered the total support of Ekori Women for Dr. Alex Egbona saying" Egbona is the only politician who has shown women of this community respect, we had event here and invited our Representatives, he was the only one who honoured the women with his presence and support".
According to her" we will honour Dr. Alex Egbona with our votes coz he honoured us when we needed honour with his presence and support during the lunching of our project, we have therefore decided to mandate our sons and husbands to vote for non but Alex Egbona".
Speaking also the youths president of Afrekpe Ajere beach/ Epenti beach Mr Inah Offor Inah pledge his support and that of the entire Youths of his Ward to Chief Alex Egbona describing him as the political agbada of his time.
On his part Dr. Alex Egbona advise his supporters to shun violence and embrace peace all through the Elections urging them to vote wisely in the forthcoming general elections.
